Welcome to Simas Hub (“the Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Simas Hub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional guidelines, policies, or rules posted on the Platform.

2. Eligibility

  1. You must be at least 13 years old to use Simas Hub. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  2. By using the Platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. User Accounts

  1. Account Creation: To access certain features of Simas Hub, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during the registration process.
  2. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
  3. Social Login: You may choose to log in via third-party social media platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook). By doing so, you permit us to access and use certain information from your social media accounts in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

When using Simas Hub, you agree to:

  1. Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  2. Refrain from:
    • Posting or sharing harmful, threatening, or obscene content.
    • Harassing, abusing, or harming other users.
    • Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity.
    • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems.
  3. Respect other users’ privacy and intellectual property rights.

5. Content on the Platform

  1. User-Generated Content:
    • By posting or sharing content on Simas Hub, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating the Platform.
    • You retain ownership of your content but are solely responsible for its accuracy and legality.
  2. Prohibited Content: You may not upload, post, or share content that is:
    • Illegal, defamatory, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
    • Spam, misleading, or deceptive.
  3. Removal of Content: We reserve the right to remove or restrict any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

6. Rewards and Incentives

  1. Simas Hub may offer rewards, including Data Points and other incentives, to encourage user activity. The terms and conditions for earning and redeeming rewards are provided separately and may be updated at our discretion.
  2. Rewards are non-transferable unless explicitly allowed.
  3. We reserve the right to revoke rewards if fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Intellectual Property

  1. The Platform and its content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Simas Hub or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  2. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written permission from us.

9. Third-Party Links

Simas Hub may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites and recommend reviewing their terms and policies.

10. Termination

  1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice.
  2. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.
  3. You may delete your account by contacting us at info@simashub.com.

11. Limitation of Liability

  1. Simas Hub is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Simas Hub, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, and any disputes will be resolved in Nigerian courts.
